A: Friday check in is at 7:00 pm with a light dinner and drinks at 8:00 pm.

A: The event covers meals (except saturday lunch) snacks, and boarding for 2 nights and 3 days. Room rates for the entire stay range from $285-$485. To receive room availability, fill out the registration form.

A: All meals are included except for Saturday lunch.
